Rice is mostly grown in flooded fields, where the climate is favorable and the temperature is between 20 and 30 degrees. In addition to flooded fields, it can be grown with the help of irrigation, where artificial terraces are created, and it is characteristic of growing at higher altitudes. At the time of harvest, the stalks are cut off, the outer part is separated from the inner part, followed by drying and then separating and cleaning again until we get raw rice, which still has an inedible husk. When the husk is removed, we get brown rice.
